The subject is a Xenotarsosaurus, an abelisaurid teropode from the late Cretaceous quite similar to the better know Carnotaurus.
A full skeleton has never been retrieved so far, but the most recent paleontologist studies suggested it was agile, relatively small (about 5-6 mt long) and probably equipped with some feathers on the little arms, used either to confuse prays or for ritual dance mating.
Anatomy and paleontologist studies has been consulted in order to develop a plausible representation of the teropode.
The final project is game ready, I also created a small animation as a final test of the functionality of the mesh in real time.
